Meet Our Team

Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing the best possible service to our clients. Our team leader, Kristin Flora, is the owner of Premier Pest Control and was raised on a farm, instilling in her a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence. She graduated from Purdue with degrees in AgriBusiness Management, Communications, and Organizational Leadership & Supervision. Her passion for giving back and ensuring excellence in everything she touches is contagious and evident in the team's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Peggy Stone, the voice of Premier Pest Control, is always ready to answer your calls and address your concerns. With a background as a school teacher and various personal businesses, she is smart, detail-oriented, thorough, and dedicated to doing what is right.

John Stone, our licensed technician, comes to us with over 35 years of extraordinary customer care experience. He was trained by the late Dennis Felix and is committed to leading by example in building on the tradition of customer service that Dennis established for our company.

Brant West, our full-time technician, is licensed for pest control and wood destroying insect inspections and treatments, including termites. With over 14 years of big box retail management experience, he has a heart for customer service and doing what is right. He is constantly studying and learning about all the options available for optimal pest control.

Our Story

On October 1, 2019, ownership of the company changed from Dennis Felix to Kristin Flora. We were fortunate enough to have Dennis work closely with us for two years before he passed away in October of 2021. We were impacted by his passion and knowledge of the business, and we are carrying out his "above and beyond" customer service legacy.
