Eliminating bed bugs means thoroughly exterminating both live bugs and their eggs. Our highly effective approach combines dry heat treatment with a targeted spray for added protection. Bed bugs can't survive at temperatures over 127 degrees Fahrenheit. We use powerful propane heaters and fans to elevate surface temperatures to 130-135 degrees throughout the treatment areas. This process typically requires about an hour per room to ensure complete coverage.

I called them because we had a bedbug scare. He was so nice at sitting and explaining to us what we found as well as we were able to text him pictures of our concern! Super convenient, super easy and nice! When it was confirmed that it was not bedbugs, we were still uneasy and he proceeded to send out the picture to try to help us figure out what it is. Thankfully, I didn't have an issue this time but 100% if I ever have a bedbug issue I am going to these guys hands-down. Absolutely outstanding and all of this was over an eight minute phone call. James was very professional. They sent out a list before treatment to get ready. He was on time the scheduled day and kept us informed with photos during treatment. I called Voyd about a bed bug issue in my apartment complex that had been neglected by management. Within the same day, they were able to resolve my issue. I, unfortunately, do not remember the name of the lady I spoke to on the phone but she was incredibly kind and helpful. They had an opening for the same day and James came to do the inspection (he even came early so that I wouldn't have to miss class).
He cleared my apartment in no time and I was able to sleep peacefully for the first time in over a month. He could've very easily told me I still had bedbugs and tricked me into paying for treatments I didn't need but he was very honest with me. Everyone was extremely nice, they were extremely timely, and even followed up after to make sure I still had no bed bugs. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their service and I would 100% recommend this business.

Extremely happy after our experience with Voyd. Diane was helpful and friendly. She provided first-class customer service and was awesome. They were on time to our home and did a full inspection instead of treating and charging us for extermination we didn't need like other exterminator companies. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from this company. I was worried that I brought bed bugs back with me from vacation and they came and conducted the most thorough inspection I could have asked for. After identifying the rooms that were infested they promptly did a heat treatment and I haven't had any problems since. I asked them to do an inspection a few weeks later and they were happy to come by and double check just for my own peace of mind.
I will be recommending them to all of my friends and I will absolutely be calling them again should any problems arise in the future. Truly the most courteous customer service I have ever had the pleasure of receiving!

They came by to inspect our home for bed bugs. The tech did a thorough investigation and said he did not see anything and did not want to treat our house and have us spend the money if he did not see any signs. When we called Elite Bedbug Extermination we had already tried the sprays, powders and bug bombs we purchased at our local hardware store. Nothing we tried worked. Brandon was patient and explained his process for eliminating them and was willing to stick with us until they were completely gone. It is a company with integrity.
