Urban Desert Pest Control is a family-owned and operated pest control company based in Phoenix, Arizona. With over 21 years of experience in commercial and residential extermination, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and superior customer care. Our Story
Our company was founded by Brad Olsen, who started his pest control career in Texas with a well-known nationwide company. However, he became disillusioned with the industry's focus on confusing sales gimmicks and decided to make a change. In 2015, Brad started Urban Desert Pest Control with the intention of shaking up the overpriced industry. In the first year, he went door to door to build his customer base, personally treating every client while his wife Trista scheduled customers and managed the office. Our core values of attention to detail and a focus on treating people with kindness and respect quickly earned us a large and loyal customer base.
