In 1987, we built our first office and shop on Northwest 3rd St. in Linton, which served as our base of operations until 1995. As our business continued to grow, we recognized the need for more office space and acquired property on Northeast A St. to construct a new facility. We moved into our current office and shop on April 1, 1996.

In recent years, we have welcomed a second generation of pest management specialists, including Clayton Kendall, who has brought fresh ideas and a renewed commitment to our mission. As we continue to expand and evolve, we are currently pursuing plans to build an even more advanced servicing facility to better serve our customers.

Our services include ant control, bat control, bed bug control, bee and wasp control, bird control, flea control, lawn insect control, moisture control, mosquito control, perimeter pest control, real estate inspections, roach control, rodent control, spider control, termite control, and wildlife control.

We also offer a variety of pest management plans to suit different needs and budgets. Our Basic Service Plan includes an outside perimeter treatment around the base of the house, shrubbery, under eaves and overhangs, and under decks. This plan controls most occasional invaders such as ants, spiders, oriental roaches, centipedes, millipedes, silverfish, earwigs, pillbugs, and crickets.

Our Premium Service Plan offers a higher level of insect control, including three exterior treatments per year and one interior treatment in the winter. This plan also includes placement and maintenance of rodent bait stations, if desired, and offers a termite monitoring program at a small additional charge.

For those who require the highest level of pest control, our Platinum Service Plan provides four interior and three exterior treatments per year, including placement of rodent bait stations and a termite monitoring program. This plan is ideal for homes and businesses that need comprehensive protection against pests.

In addition, we offer monthly service plans for commercial accounts that have a constant flow of inventory or supplies coming or going. These accounts require extra servicing to combat the constant risk of pests being introduced and becoming established.
