Premier Pest Management's journey began in 1997 with a shared vision by business partners Sandra Hellems and Laura Heard. Both had years of experience working for a large national pest control company and recognized an opportunity to bring a more personalized and client-focused approach to the industry. Driven by their commitment to excellence and fueled by their combined expertise, they established Premier Pest Management, a company built on the principles of quality service, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
After two years, Sandra became the sole owner, with her partner Becky Garr joining as a co-owner in 1998. Becky took the helm of administrative responsibilities, laying the foundation for a comprehensive benefits program that would become a cornerstone of Premier's employee value proposition. As the company grew and the needs of their clientele expanded, the importance of dedicated office management became increasingly apparent. Recognizing this, Sandra and Becky welcomed Teresa Hall as Director of Administration in 2001, formally establishing a strong foundation for administrative support. Also during that pivotal year, Premier expanded its service offerings to include termite control, marking a significant milestone in their commitment to providing comprehensive pest solutions.
