Lack of Correct Information and Poor Treatment
Rasberry's Pest Professionals received a negative review from Mary Haltiwanger, an 80-year-old customer who requested a termite inspection. However, she was not provided with correct information about the services offered by the company or its employees. Specifically, she was told that Tom R conducted termite inspections, but was not informed that he worked as a consultant and not as an employee of Rasberry's. Additionally, she was assured that he could treat all types of termites, but when he inspected her house and found dry wood termites, he informed her that he did not provide treatment for this type of termite.
According to Mary, Tom R also failed to thoroughly inspect the house, only walking around and shinin a flashlight under the house without crawling under it to ensure a proper inspection. Furthermore, he refused to treat her property, stating that she would likely be deceased before requiring treatment.
