A Brief History

Our journey began in 1993 when Jeff Strauser Sr. started his career in the pest control industry as a termite technician. He worked his way up to general manager before deciding to start his own pest control company, Proven Pest Management, in 2005. Our mission was simple: to create the best pest control company in the greater Memphis area, offering a variety of customized residential and commercial pest control solutions at an affordable price point.

Industry Leadership

Throughout the years, our team has taken an active role in improving the pest control industry as a whole. Jeff was elected to serve as the President of the Greater Memphis Area Pest Control Association three times, once in 2006, then again in 2012, and again in 2015. As president, Jeff worked tirelessly with member companies to improve training and the overall Memphis-area pest control industry. He was also elected President of the Tennessee Pest Control Association in 2018, where he continued to improve pest control practices and grow his knowledge of the industry.
