Unreliable and Unprofessional Conduct
Unfortunately, Acme Pest Control has demonstrated a pattern of unreliable and unprofessional conduct. Two out of the six reviewers experienced poor service, with reviewers Matt Marrocco and Amanda McLaughlin both giving 1-star reviews.
Matt Marrocco reported that Acme scheduled an appointment but never showed up or called to cancel. When the tech did arrive, he sprayed chemicals throughout the home without the owner's consent, which was a major concern given the presence of a newborn and a cat. Matt also expressed frustration that Acme had changed internally, stating that this has negatively affected their business.
Amanda McLaughlin had a similar experience, waiting for two hours before realizing that Acme had not shown up for her scheduled appointment. She was angry that Lindsey from the office had not bothered to call and apologize for the inconvenience.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, four out of the six reviewers had positive experiences with Acme Pest Control. Reviewers John Lawson, Luis Olivas, Laura Lockwood Tripp, and John Mango Sr all gave 5-star reviews, praising the company's professionalism, courteous staff, and quality service.
Negative Experiences
